Captured live by Riverside Studios at Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds whilst on a national tour earlier this year, Land of Our Fathers will be screened free of charge at venues across Wales this autumn.

Screenings will take place at four venues across Wales - Theatr Colwyn, Pontardawe Arts Centre, Newbridge Memo and Wales Millennium Centre, where the 12 week national tour launched in October 2015. Members of the cast & crew will attend a special pre-show panel at the Centre's screening in the Weston Studio.

Producer Tara Finney says 'It is an absolute delight to continue to share this wonderful production with people across Wales and open this play up to a wider audience through the medium of cinema. The team at Riverside Studios did a fantastic job of capturing and editing the production and I can't wait to join the team in Cardiff in November to watch the show on the silver screen.'

3 May 1979, South Wales. Thatcher is counting her votes, Sid Vicious is spinning in his grave and six Welsh miners are trapped down a coal mine. As the men await their rescue, secrets emerge and accusations fly. Within two weeks, everything they believe in and everything they know will have changed. Winner of Time Out's Critic's Choice and Fringe Show of the Year 2013, Chris Urch's critically acclaimed debut play is packed full of blistering comedy and echoes a generation of lost voices.
